What the Heck is an INSERT vise anyways?

A special vise that is intended to be held
inside the jaws of another vise. Complex
setups that would take hours to perform
using traditional "indicator based" setups
are done in literally seconds....no
fooling. All sides are precision ground
to within .0002 so anything you clamp
into this can be held in your mill vise with
confidence. Here are a few examples of how
the Gunsmith INSERT vise can be used. Of
course it is also a precision stand-alone
vise in it's own right.......a must have
